Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

Manuscripts are prepared using the official REDUPLIKASI template and submitted through OJS. Full details are available on the Author Guidelines page. Summary:

  • A4 paper, 2.5 cm margins, Century Schoolbook font, single spacing; title maximum 15 words (16 pt).
  • Author names without titles, full affiliations (department, faculty, institution, city, country), corresponding author, and ORCID.
  • Abstract of 150-250 words in one paragraph and 3-5 keywords; the title, abstract, and keywords in English are mandatory.
  • Structure: Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, Declarations, and References.
  • References in APA 7th edition style using a reference manager; at least 15 references, at least 80% primary sources and 80% published within the last 10 years, with DOI where available.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript is original, has not been published before, and is not under consideration by another journal (or an explanation is provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The manuscript file is in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) and uses the latest REDUPLIKASI template (A4, 2.5 cm margins, Century Schoolbook, single spacing). The template can be copied through the following link: REDUPLIKASI Article Template.
  3. The title (maximum 15 words), abstract (150-250 words, one paragraph), and keywords (3-5) are provided in English; manuscripts in Indonesian also include them in Indonesian.
  4. Author names are written without academic titles, affiliations are complete, and the corresponding author (email and ORCID) is indicated.
  5. The manuscript contains an Introduction (research gap, novelty, objective), Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, Declarations (author contributions, funding, conflict of interest, use of AI, ethics and data availability), and References.
  6. References follow APA 7th edition and are managed with a reference manager; at least 15 references, at least 80% primary sources and 80% published within the last 10 years; DOI is provided where available.
  7. For double-blind review, author identities have been removed from the manuscript and from the file properties (Document Properties); the manuscript has been checked for similarity and is free of plagiarism.

Authors retain copyright to their work and grant REDUPLIKASI the right of first publication, together with consent to transfer publishing rights to the publisher (Graduate School, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo). Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. By submitting a manuscript, authors declare that the manuscript is original, has not been published before, is not under consideration by another journal, and does not infringe the rights of any party.
