Pengaruh Pelatihan Self Leadership Terhadap Clinical Leadership Competency Perawat Pelaksana Di Dua Rumah Sakit Umum Swasta Tipe C Provinsi Sulawesi Utara

Abstract


Clinical Leadership Competency dalam layanan keperawatan merupakan kompetensi profesional utama untuk memastikan perawatan pasien berkualitas, berfokus pada keselamatan pasien, menunjukkan kecerdasan emosional, efektifas kerja, dan menginspirasi orang lain untuk bertindak. Ketidakmampuan Clinical Leadership Competency menyebabkan ketidakmampuan manajemen diri dan pengembangan pribadi berkelanjutan. Perawat pelaksana memiliki tanggung jawab sebagai pengambil keputusan klinis dalam asuhan keperawatan pada pasien, oleh karena itu perlunya pengembangan Self Leadership untuk mengendalikan perilaku, manajemen, motivasi, serta pengembangan diri untuk mencapai kualitas kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan Self Leadership terhadap Clinical Leadership Competency perawat pelaksana. Metode penelitian Quasi Ekperimental dengan pendekatan Non-equivalent Control Group Pretest Posttest Design dan penentuan kelompok kontrol dan intervensi dengan consecutive sampling. Hasil uji Wilcoxon pretest dan post test pada kelompok intervensi menunjukkan perbedaan Clinical Leadership Competency perawat p=0.000, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol tidak ada perbedaan p=0.219. Hasil uji Regresi Logistik Ordinal menunjukan ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial pelatihan Self Leadership terhadap Clinical Leadership Competency p=0.012, dan ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan pelatihan Self Leadership terhadap Clinical Leadership Competency R2= 0.143. Seseorang dengan kemampuan Self Leadership yang tinggi akan mempengaruhi dirinya sendiri bahkan orang lain terhadap peningkatan Clinical Leadership Competency. Perlunya perawat mengembangkan Self Leadership dan Clinical Leadership Competency melalui kompetensi dan keterampilan klinis yang diperolehnya dan diterapkan dalam praktik keperawatan.
