Edukasi Menabung dalam meningkatkan Literasi Finansial Anak Usia Dini di TK Tunas Muda IKKT Jati Makmur

Abstract


Financial literacy is knowledge and skills to apply understanding of concepts and risks, skills to be able to make effective decisions in the financial environment to improve financial performance. This research was conducted to analyze the Education of a Culture of Saving as an Initial Investment in Improving the Financial Literacy of Early Childhood Children in Kindergarten Tunas Muda IKKT Jati Makmur. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of a culture of saving as a child's initial investment in increasing financial literacy education at TK Tunas Muda IKKT Jati Makmur.
This study used a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and notes. The results of the study show that there is a visible effect of change, that 39.22% of the 106 children have not yet saved; it can be seen that the child's low interest in saving can be seen, and the lack of understanding of financial literacy prior to the existence of a saving culture activity. After introducing financial literacy activities and implementing a culture of saving as an investment for 3 months, it was recorded that 79% of the 106 children saved regularly and 21% of children interested in not saving regularly.
