Penciptaan Pengetahuan Sebagai Sarana Pembentukan Pilar Pembelajaran Individu

Abstract


Tuntutan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19 menjadi tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan dan pembentukan kedewasaan pilar pembelajaran individu. Peralihan dari metode pembelajaran luring ke daring membutuhkan proses adaptasi yang cukup besar bagi dunia pendidikan yang berada di daerah berkembang. Dengan menggunakan metode fenomenologi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses penciptaan pengetahuan yang memengaruhi kedewasaan manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penciptaan pengetahuan memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kematangan manusia sebagai pilar pembelajaran individu dalam organisasi. Manusia dewasa dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan segala perubahan yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Manusia dewasa akan memiliki ketangguhan dalam dunia kerja dengan bersedia berubah sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi
