HUBUNGAN FUNGSI KONTROL, MOTIVASI MANAJERIAL DAN INTENSITAS PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK MEGA SYARIAH SE-PROVINSI GORONTALO

Abstract

This research aims at finding out: 1) the correlation between function control and
employees’ performance in Mega Sharia Bank Gorontalo; 2) the correlation between
managerial motivation and the employees’ performance in Mega Sharia Bank
Gorontalo; 3) the correlation between education and training intensity and the
performance of the employees in Mega Sharia Bank Gorontalo; 4) simultaneous
correlation of control function, managerial motivation, and education and training
intensity with employees’ performance at Mega Sharia Bank of Gorontalo.
The population in this research are all 80 employees at Mega Sharia Bank of
Gorontalo and the samples for this research are 44 employees using the simple
random sampling method. Data collection method used in this research was
questionnaire. The data were analyzed descriptively using reliability test, and
hypothesis test that consisted of simple regression analysis and multiple regression
analysis.
The partial correlation shows that (1) the control function positively and significantly
correlated with the performance of the employees at Mega Shatia Bank Gorontalo by
78%, (2) managerial motivation positively and significantly correlated with the
performance of the employees at Mega Sharia Bank Gorontalo by 84.20%, (3)
education and training intensity positively and significantly correlated with the
performance of the employees at Mega Sharia Bank Gorontalo by 81.30% and (4) the
result from multiple regression analysis shows that simultaneously, control function,
managerial motivation, and education and training intensity positively and significantly
correlated with the performance of the employees in Mega Sharia Bank Gorontalo by
90,50%
