MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENENTUKAN STRUKTUR TEKS DESKRIPTIF MELALUI METODE DISCOVERY LEARNING PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 3 TELAGA
Abstract
The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Teaching determine the
structure of descriptive text responses have a significant impact on student learning
outcomes. (2) Teaching determine the structure of responses descriptive text using
the Discovery Learning students find it easier and more vibrant when compared to
determine the structure of the text learning descriptive responses on previous
learning. On the implementation of the first cycle, total of 27 students or 6
kolompok, from 2 aspects are considered: (1) determine the general description of
the structure using the method of discovery learning. There are 6 students
(22.22%) were very precise in analyzing the structure of text determining general
description, 5 students (13.88%), 9 students (16.66%) are less precise, and 7
students (6, 48%) which is not appropriate in determining the structure of a general
description text, and not a student who does not answer.
The next indicator to determine the students' ability II text structure description
section. Of the 27 students, who are very precise in determining the structure of the
text of the description section there were 12 students (44.44%), while to the right
there were 12 students (33.33%), then a less precise in determining the structure
of the text description of the part only 3 students (5.55%), and the answer is not
right, and that can not be answered no.
