DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE SCRIPT PADA PELAJARAN IPS TERPADU KELAS VIII DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SMP NEGERI 6 GORONTALO

Abstract


The quality of learning has a huge influence on student learning outcomes. If the learning material being studied is not in accordance with the quality of students, it will cause the students to have a poor learning outcome. Low learning outcomes can also be caused by inappropriate learning designs. The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes in Integrated Social Studies subject through a cooperative script learning design. This research is a qualitative study because the data used is qualitative, which is an action or thought on a particular object. However, in determining learning outcomes it is calculated quantitatively. The results showed that there was an increase in the quality of learning and student learning outcomes after using the cooperative script learning design. This can be seen from the initial learning outcomes, before using the cooperative script design, it only reached 46.67% then increased to 100% after using the cooperative script design. Likewise, teacher activity which previously was only 66.66% increased to 100%. Student activities also increased from 30.8% to 100%. From the results of the assessment, it can be proven that the application of the cooperative script learning design can improve the quality of learning and learning outcomes in Integrated Social Studies subjects in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo.
