Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kepuasan Kerja Dalam Mempertahankan Kinerja guru SMK di Masa Transisi

Abstract


Guru menjadi ujung tombak dari penyelenggaraan edukasi. Maka dari itu kinerja guru menjadi suatu hal yang perlu ditingkatkan dan dijaga. Namun, dengan adanya pandemi dan perubahan globalisasi, kinerja guru jadi menunjukkan kecenderungan menurun. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru SMK dilihat dari seperti kepuasan kerja, kemampuan untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Banyak penelitian mengenai hubungan hubungan keempat variabel di atas. Namun, masih banyak research gap dengan klaim yang berbeda. Maka dari itu penelitian ini akan berfokus pada Efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional , kepuasan kerja dalam mempertahankan kinerja guru SMK di masa transisi. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Kuantitatif. Penyebaran data dan pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan pengelolahan data dilakukan dengan SEM. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan kesiapan menghadapi perubahan berpengaruh positif dalam mempertahankan kinerja karyawan di tengah masa transisi.
